How many days does it take for the package to be delivered?

• Current processing time might take from 1 to 5 business days and shipping usually takes 2-4 business days nationally and about 2 weeks internationally.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

•Yes! Postage costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

Do you accept returns?

• No, but if an item arrives damaged, I can send you a new one.

 

Can you do custom orders?

• Yes! Just dm me on instagram so we can discuss the details.

  

What transport carrier is being used for the delivery of the products?

• ELTA is the carrier responsible for every order to be shipped and delivered.

 

Can I change my address after placing an order?

 • Yes, you must contact me as soon as possible at @indiekidsessentials on instagram. However there's nothing I can do if the order has already been dispatched.
